Invite you to participate in their Annual Community Brew Contest. One Grand Prize winner will be chosen to brew a full scale batch of their winning recipe at Big Sky Brewing Co. The Beer will be served in their tap room and at the Brewfest in the spring. This Year’s Category is Smoked Beer, BJCP Category 22B*. To participate, simply join the Zoo City Zymurgist homebrew club by paying your $10 annual dues and brew a smoked beer according to the BJCP style guidelines. You will need to submit a 12 oz bottle with your name, contact info, beer name and base style to Big Sky Brewing Co during the assigned week** in late December or early January.
